On the afternoon of April 22nd ,2025, a delegation from Hangzhou's Outstanding Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation Program for University Students (hereinafter referred to as the "Talent Cultivation Program") visited the headquarters of PR Lighting for exchanges. The heads of R&D, manufacturing, brand promotion, human resources, administration, and the labor union of PR Lighting were present to welcome them and engaged in enthusiastic and positive exchanges and experience sharing with the young entrepreneurs of the Talent Cultivation Program.
The event aimed to enhance cooperation between enterprises from our two regions by organizing visits to key innovative industries and learning from the entrepreneurial experience and development strategies of the outstanding enterprise founders.
Ms. Mu Xianghe, the Director of the Brand Promotion Department of PR Lighting, provided the Talent Cultivation Program delegation with a detailed introduction to the development history and impressive project cases of PR Lighting. Through the stage lighting show hall and lighting shows in the cultural tourism experience center, the delegation witnessed the highly integrated effects of the latest innovative technologies with art. In the subsequent exchange session, the members of the Talent Cultivation Program engaged in heated discussions, experience sharing, and Q&A on topics such as the innovative application of AI technology in product R&D, external cooperation mechanisms and enterprise technological advantages.
The members of the Talent Cultivation Program expressed their appreciation for the steady development of PR Lighting via the exchange ,which enhanced mutual understanding and friendship between innovative enterprises from our two regions, promoted the agglomerated development of innovative industries and created a strong atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship.
